As Steven Stamm discussed with >9u on October 30,1996, Mr. Thomas Landry will not be able to perfonn in the pmposed role as a reviewer on this effort.

We propose Mr. Arvind Varma as his replacement. Mr. Varma is extremely well qualified to perform this function. He has over 20 years of experience in the area of Electrical Engineering and design of nuclear power plants. Included in his experience was the review of the electt: cal design for Comanche Peak Unit 1. Mr. Varma's resume is attached. We ;vould be pleased to make him available for an immediate telephone interview and a personal interview during the team training session. The labor rate for Mr. Wnna is $74/hr.
