In accordance with Section 9 of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) hereby files the required Charter for the Ad Hoc Committee for Review of En-forcement Policy.
The enclosed Charter for this Committee updates the document previously filed by NRC on July 9, 1985 by extending the Committee's termination date from August 30 to November 15, 1985 to allow time for completion of the final report.
