Class Action Claim of Conrad Weisker Pursuant to 10 CFR 140.6, we are writing to give no-tice of the following claims:
(1) Claim of Ruth Brace. This claim was filed on August 8, 1985. Ruth Brace alleges that her hus-band, Donald Brace, was exposed to radioactivity when working at this District's Rancho Seco facility. She claims physical and emotional injuries and seeks dam-ages of $200,000.
Our information is that the incidents occurred on May 4 and May 12, 1985, that they were due to improper undressing procedures by Mr. Brace, a contractor's employee, and that after decontamination Mr. Brace checked out clean. No suit has yet been filed.
(2) Claim of Gary Silva, et al. This claim was filed on July _5, 1985, by the persons who own the property immediately to the west of Rancho Seco. The claim alleges personal injuries and damage to real and personal property as the result of radioactive wastes .
