Dear Mr. Denton:
License Conditions 2.C.(3)(a) and 2.C (4) of References 1 and 2, respec-tively, require that electrical equipment be qualified to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.49 prior to November 30, 1985. This letter provides notifica-tion that the electrical equipment required to be qualified under 10 CFR 50.49 has been evaluated and determined to be qualified to the provision of that regulation. Therefore, the above license conditions have been ful filled.
The SNUPPS equipment qualification report is being updated to reflect the current status of equipment at Callaway Plant and Wolf Creek Generating Station.
