EXAMINATION REPORT, WATERFORD 3 STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (W3SES)
On October 16, 1985, NRC administered examinations to employees of your 2
company who had applied for licenses to operate your W3SES facility. At the conclusion of the examinations, preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Copies of the examination keys were provided to the training staff for review and coment. There was a noticeable decline in performance on the written examination when compared to the two previous examinations.
See section 3.C., Generic Comments, of the enclosed report for details.
