Dear Ms. Weaver:
This is in response to your letter dated December 2,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), selected records regarding Request for Quotation (RFQ) RI-85-04 entitled " Medical Services Program for 200 Nuclear Regulatory Personnel Located in King of Prussia, PA."
These services are those covered by RFQ-RI-86-21.
Enclosed are copies of a December 18,1985, letter and its enclosure provided to Mr. Brandon Bictt in response to his F0IA request (F0IA-85-688) for the same recordr you requested. The nine records identified on the enclosed appendix are now available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in folder F01A-85-688 under the name Blatt.
Enclosed also is a copy of a notice which explains the procedures and charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
