EXAMINATION REPORT On December 13, 1985, NRC administered an examination to a member of your staf f who has applied for a license to operate your TRIGA f acility.

At the conclusion of the written examination, the examination questions were discussed with yourself and preliminary results of the operating examinations were given at the exit meetings.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room. The examination scores and results for individual applicants are exempt from disclosure by 10 CFR 2.790 (a)(6) and, therefore, cnclosure 3 will not be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
