This is in response to your letter dated August 24, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a copy of a report prepared by the NRC's Office of Inspector and Auditor entitled " Review of NRC's Quality Assurance Program for Reactors Under Construction."
The report you requested has already been made publicly available in the NRC l
Public Document Room (PDR) in response to an earlier FOIA request. The report is in PDR file F01A-84-A-60 under the names of Garde /Bernabei and has been assigned accession number 8506150168.
