subject to the requirenents of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR 1
Part 150.20, a quality assurance progran approved by the Con.aission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFD Part 71 is required.
l You should request renewal of your Cuality Assurance (QA) prograrn at i
least 30 days prior to the expiration date. This will provide for l
continuation of your QA prooran to satisfy part of the provisions of Subpart C of 10 CFD. Part 71 until a final deternination has been taken on your anolication.
Unless an exemption is provided by 10 CFR Part 170.11, an application i
fee of $150.00, as required by 10 CFR Part 170.31, should be included with your request for renewal. This notice of expiration should not be construed that such notice will be provided in the future.
