Dear Mr. Weber:
With reference to activities authorized by NRC License SNM-1097 at the GE fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, GE requests approval of the twenty-seven FNMCP changes pursuant to 10 CFR 70.34.
The attachment contains FNMC Plan change descriptions, and replaces Chapters 1 and 7 of the plan change in reference 2.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.70(d), GE requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as it contains information which identifies GE procedures for safeguarding licensed SNM.
