Enclosed is Revision 16 of the Seismic Category I Piping System Support and Hanger Discrepancies Summary Report for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.

Toledo Edison is updating this report weekly and submitting it to your office to keep your Staff notified of any new dis-crepancies, regardless of significance, which are identified during our reinspection of piping system hangers or supports. For historical purposes, this report also continues to list discrepancies for which the associated Nonconformance Report (NCR) or Surveillance Report (SR) has been disposi-tioned by Engineering.

In accordance with a telephone discussion with Mr. Duane Danielson on November 12, 1985 we have extended this reporting period to two weeks.
