Dear Mr. Berkow:
Public Service Company has received and accepted the attached amendment to the Fort St.
Vrain NPDES permit, Number C0-0001121.
This amendment was received at the Fort St. Vrain site on December 11, 1985, and is being submitted pursuant to Appendix B of our Technical Specifications.
The procedure changes required to implement the amended permit have been completed, and PSC is presently comp'.ying with all terms and conditions of the permit.
