Dear Mr. Fairtile:
I This letter is to formally inform you of organizational changes at the Yankee Atomic Electric l Company. These changes become efTective on Monday, March 24,1997. The changes are as follows:
Ms. Jane M. Grant will become the Decommissioning Manager, replacing Mr. Russell Mellor, i 1
Mr. Ken J. Heider, who was the Site Manager at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS) in Rowe, MA will become the Site Manager and Manager of Operations.
Mr. Frederick N. Williams, who was the Operations Manager at the YNPS will become the Plant Superintendent. In this capacity he will act as the PORC Chairman.
All decommissioning correspondance previously addressed to Mr. Russell A. Mellor should now be addressed to Ms. Jane M. Grant. We trust this information is satisfactory; however, ifyou have any questions, please contact us.
