Enclosed for filing with the Commission are 3 originals and 19 copics of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56 This Amendment raquests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications to clarify the required spent fuel pool water level.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, a check payabic to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $150 is enclosed to cover the filing fee for this Application.
