Dear Mr. Lofy:
In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, i
this letter definitizes the subject task order. The effort shall be performed I
in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated March 18, 1997.
Task Order No.119 shall be in effect from March 21, 1997 through l
May 9, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $82,925.50.
