Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 301 entitled " Assist VATESI in Developing New Lithuanian Nuclear Safety Norms and Standards and in Preparing Ignalina Specific Inspection Guidance" Under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to modify the statement of work to include the additional effort described in the attached S0W: increase the ceiling in the task order by $249.954.00 from $270.241.00 to $520.195.00; and increase the amount funded in the task order by $60.000.00 from $269.937.00 to
$329.937.00. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
Paragraph 3. second sentence beginning with "The total cost... ". as modified in Modification No. 3. is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The total cost ceiling is $520.195.00, of which the sum of $500.040.00 represents reimbursable costs and the sum of $20.155.00 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of $60.000.00.
