Request for Amendment: NRC Export License XSNM02183, W. Germany (NUKEM).
Dear Mr. Zimmerman:
GA Technologies Inc. (GA) makes application, pursuant to 10 CFR 110, to amend subject license to increase the amount of uranium allowed to NUKEM.
'Ihe amendment is to cover multiple solid uranium / zirconium metal castings with a net weight of approximately 400 kg.
The castings will contain approximately 126 kg uranium enriched in U-235 to 19.8%, 5 kg erbium and W 274 kg zirconium.
We would like to make this shipment in September so would appreciate your expeditious handling of this amendment.
