Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 10CFR 170 Fee The referenced letter requested that a 10CFR part 170 application fee that was not remitted with a June 27,1985 app!! cation for relief from certain ASME Code requirements, be remitted to your office. Accordingly, enclosed is a check in the amount of $150 as an application fee for review of that relief request.
