VIRGINIA POWER NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Virginia Power requests an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to Operating License Nos.
NPF-4 and NPF-7 for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2.
As a result of a recent review of the Technical Specifications we have determined that Technical Specification 6.5.3.1(n) is redundant to several of the other requirements listed in Technical Specification 6.5.3.1.
We propose that 6.5.3.1 be changed to eliminate this redundancy.
The propoced changes to the Technical Specifications are provided in Attachments 1 and 2 for Units 1 and 2, respectively. A discussion of the j

In accordance with 10 CFR Part 170 an Application Fee of
$150 is also enclosed.
This request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff. It has been determined that this change does not pose an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 and does not pose a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92.
