We acknowledge the receipt of your letter of February 6,1997, in response to our January 13, 1997, letter requesting clarification of your October 11, 1996, response to nonconformances E and B.2 which resulted from our January 29 through February 2,1996, inspection of your manufacturing facilities.
We are evaluating your response and will advise you of the results of our evaluation when it is completed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, of NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
