Incorporate the costs for the Contractor to secure a training facility in acco' dr. ace with Subsection C.l.4.2 of the contract, 2)
Increase the amount #11 gated in the contract by
$95,000.00 from $375,000.00 to $470,000.00, and 3) Increase the ceiling in the contract by $4,392.00 from $739,368.00 to $743,760.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:

Subsection B.3, ITEMS AND PRICES, Paragraph B. Organizational Development Activities, Short OD. Program, is modified as follows:

The conference is scheduled to be held on March 11, 1997 and March 12, 1997 at the Bavarian Inn and Lodge in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION, Paragraph (a), first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products and/or services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $743,760.00."

Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION, Paragraph (b), first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$470,000.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
