Subject:
Modification No. 5 to Task Order No.103 entitled. " REGULATORY ANALYSIS SUPPORTING DEVELOPMENT OF A STEAM GENERATOR RULE" under NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to add new work to the task order in accordance with the attached statement of work: increase the ceiling in the task order by $31.649.00, from $292.490.00 to $324.139.00: increase the amount obligated in the task order by $32.019.00 from $292.120.00 to $324.139.00 and extend the period of performance of the task order from April 1.1997 through May 31. 1997. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph, as modified in Modification No. 3. beginning " Task Order No. 103..
" is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 103 shall be in effect from December 1, 1995 through May 31, 1997. The total cost ceiling is $324.139.00. of which the sum i
of $311.923.00 represents the reimbursable costs and $12.216.00 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates additional funds in tho amount of
$31.000.00.
