Dear Ms. Doroshow:
This is in response to your letter of December 4, 1986, in which you expressed dissatisfaction with our response to your November 4, 1985, oral request for information on TMI-1.
I was disappointed in reading your letter since I thought we had been responsive in providing the information you requested.
In reviewing your letter, I noted one matter that was not addressed in my written response of December 12, 1985. You asked for the times of certain events on November 5, 1985. The loss of the electrical bus ("TRA") occurred at 8:36 a.m. on November 5, 1985. The "A" letdown cooler was isolated at 6:15 p.m. on November 2, 1985 (not November 5, 1985).
