Dear Mr. Kingsley:
Thank you for your response of January 24, 1997, to our letter withdrawing the
Notice of Violation 50 327, 50 328/96 04 08 and 50 327, 50 328/96 04-10,
issued on December 20, 1997, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah
facility. We have evaluated your response and we will examine the
implementation of your on shift dose assessment capability during future
inspections.
