This is in response to your letter dated November 8,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all AEC records in the NRC's possession relating to transportation incidents III-69-03 of March 5,1969, and 111-70-04 of May 16,1970, related to the United Nuclear Corporation and Kerr-McGee's Cimarron Facility.

A search of NRC files revealed no records subject to your request. The staff informed me that records related to the subject incidents may be maintained by the United States Department of Energy.
