The purpose of this modification is to confirm the verbal approval provided to Charlie Cronan, Principal Investigator, to replace "Mr. R. Gerson" with "Mr. G. Garabedian" and to now replace "Mr. G. Garabedian" with "Mr. M. Huq" per the contractor's request of 3/10/97, which is hereby incorporated (see i enclosed).
