Your letter dated February 26,1997 informed USEC that written responses to the Notices of Violations and Deviations listed below should be coordinated with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) since the due date for these responses is after the date NRC assumed regulatory oversight (i.e., March 3,1997):
