Proposed Technical Specification Change No. 204, Supplement No.1 Maine Yankee Steam Generator Tube Surveillance Requirements Gentlemen:
By Reference (b) Maine Yankee submitted, pursuant to 10CFR50.90, an application to amend sections of the Maine Yankee Technical Specifications to permit a one-time extension of the Steam Generator Tube Surveillance interval as specified in Technical Specification 4.10.C.2.
Since then, Maine Yankee has decided to perform the Steam Generator Tube Surveillance required by Technical Specification 4.10.C.2 during the current outage. Accordingly, Maine Yankee hereby withdraws Proposed Change No. 204 (Reference (b))
