The purpose of this modificistion is to extend the NRC review period to fifteen working days from the date of receipt of deliverables, subnitted by the contractor to complete Phase I of the Statement of Work. Accordingly, the parties agree to the following changes.
A.
Under Section C.I.2 - Contract Objectives and Phase Performance, paragraph B is revised to add subparagraph I as follows:
"1.
At the completion of Phase 1, the NRC will provide a decision to continue or not, within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the deliverables from the contractor."

All Phase I deliverables were received by the NRC on October 25, 1985, therefore it is anticipated that the NRC will notify the contractor of its decision on or before November 15, 1985.
