Dear Mr. Fagan:
This is in response to your letter dated July 3, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a copy of a completed NRC staff report on Region IV management decisions regarding the March 8, 1984, "T-shirt incident" at the Comanche Peak nuclear power plant.
Inasmuch as the Office of Inspector and Auditor is currently investigating this issue, we have been informed by that office that there is no completed report subject to your request.
