Dear Mr. Young:
This is in response to your letter dated June 18, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), machine readable copies of NRC Decisions from 1975 to date.
The NRC does not have the NRC Decisions in machine readable tape from 1975 through June 1981 as you requested. However, those NRC Decisions are publicly available on microfiche and in hardcopy at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR),
1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. We are enclosing a copy of a notice that provides charges and prncedures for obtaining records from the PDR.
I have been informed by Dr. Salvatore Zugoli that you will directly obtain from NRC's contractor copies of NRC Decisions from July 1981 to the present time on machine readable tape.
We are, therefore, closing our file on your F0IA request.
