This is in response to your letter dated June 20, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of the mailing list for IE Infonnation Notices issued by the Division of Emergency Preparedr.ess and Engineering Response.
Please find enclosed a copy of the requested heat sensitive mailing labels.
As agreed in your telephone conversation with Mrs. Sharon Hudson on July 16,-
1985, we have deleted those labels that contain individual names and addresses since disclosure of that information would be an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
The cost for the enclosed mailing labels is $11.40. You will be billed for this amount by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Division of Accounting and Finance.
