NRC-04-97-040 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification to change the name of the Contractor for this contract.

Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

1. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 42.12, a Change-of-Name Agreement, effective March 21,1997, which is hereby incorporated by reference, has been executed wherein the Government recognizes GSE Power Systems, Inc. as the new name of the Contractor for this contract.

2. The Government hereby recognizes the Change-of-Name for this contract as:

3. The Change-of-Name Agwement provides that:

a. Simylation, System and Services Corporation, by amendment to its certificate of l

incorporation, dated October 17,1996, has changed its corporate name to GSE Power Systems, Inc.

b All rights and obligations of the Government and of the Contractor under the contract are unaffected by this change.

4. A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:
