NRC License Termination On May 23,1996, station management determined that the following Comed employee no longer required the use of his license for LaSalle County i Nuclear Station. The license, therefore, may be terminated.
Licensee: Allen A. Clark License No. SOP-30977-1 Docket No. 55-8004 Expiration Date: 07/25/2001 A Problem Identification Form was initiated on February 20,1997, and an ,
investigation into the cause for not notifying the NRC within 30 days per 10 CFR 50.74 following the permanent reassignment of the above Senior Reactor Operator is underway. The report is scheduled to be completed by March 24,1997. This report will be provided to the Senior Resident, and will be available at the site for review.
