This refers to export license XSNM02748 which authorized the export of the Fort St. Vrain unirradiated fuel to C0GEMA in France for downblending and l
use as low enriched fuel in research reactors.
Enclosed for your information is a February 10, 1997 letter from C0CEMA, Inc., regarding the schedule for downblending of the material. COGEMA will advise the NRC within 30 days of completion of all blending operations. We will forward the information to you 4
