1 Enclosure Assignment of Judith Greenwald to CEQ, White House Climate Change Task Force The following conditions apply to the assignment of Judith Greenwald, an NRC employee, to the CEQ, White House Climate Change Task Force.
1.
Ms. Greenwald will be made available to assist the Task Force effective March 3, 1997 through December 31, 1997. No later than December 15, 1997. NRC will make a determination after consultation with CEQ and Ms. Greenwald whether an extension of the assignment is in the best interest of all parties.
2.
Ms. Greenwald will serve as a technical resource to the Task Force and her input, views and recommendations will be her own and do not represent an official NRC position.
3.
Ms. Greenwald will remain an NRC employee during the period of the assignment with NRC paying her salary and benefits (32 hours3.703704e-4 days <br />0.00889 hours <br />5.291005e-5 weeks <br />1.2176e-5 months <br /> / week).
Travel and other expenses that she may incur during her assignment will be paid by CEQ.
4.
Ms. Greenwald will provide NRC management with bi monthly status briefings about the activities of the Task Force and her contributions.
5.
Ms. Greenwald will be made available for short consultations regarding her previous NRC projects (i.e., participation in occasional meetings or telecons relating to the Interagency Steering Committee on Radiation Standards, and the Cabot Corp. Licensing case).
6.
CEQ will provide input to Ms. Greenwald's performance appraisal by October 1, 1997.
