This responds to your letter of November 27, 1985 requesting that the Commission convene a public meeting to hear comments of interested parties on the proposed amendments to 10 CFR Part 60,
" Disposal of High-Level Radioactive Waste in Geologic Repositories; Amendments to Licensing Procedures" (50 Fed. Reg. 2579, January 17, 1985). As announced in the Federal Register such a meeting has been scheduled f >r 10:00 a.m. , Friday, January 24, 1986. Copies of SE Y-8i-333 and scheduling notes for the meeting are enclosed f yotr information.
