This is to inform the Board that if the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court does not render a decision on the appeal of the July 19 decision of Supreme Court Justice Brown prior to 2:00 p.m. on August 12, we intend, pursuant to the Board's Order of August 9, to seek the Board's leave to present argument on behalf of Suffolk County, We will ask the Board to allocate 30 minutes for our presentation of argument, which will be presented by David A.
