2NRC-5-094, dated June 25, 1985 Gentlemen:
Based on our recent discussion regarding this issue, DLC is amending its po s it ion specified in our June 25, 1985, letter.
DLC wishes to add the following statement to the fourth paragraph which discusses high hazards:
" Stationary prot ru sions such as piping and cable trays in aormal pathways to equipment that must be operated in accor-dance with Emergency Operating Procedures will be lighted to 2.0 foot candles "
If this position is found acceptable, no further appeal is necessary.
