In July 1985 a draft Regulatory Guide 3.52 was issued for coninent. Enclosed is Proposed Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide 3.52 dated January 1986 which has been further revised. Notable changes in the latest draft are in Appendix B where more guidance has been provided for K-eff values and on use of nonfavorable geometry control. We suggest this guidance be used in your renewal application.
