Operating License Nos. DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket Nos. 50-289 and 50-320 TMI Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, Revision 11 j
On April 24,1996, the annual radioactive effluent releases report for TMI was submitted to the NRC pursuant to TMI-l Technical Specification 6.9.4.1, TMI-2 Technical Specification 6.8.1.2 and the TMI ODCM Part IV, Section 2. However, a copy of Revision 11 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual was not included in the submittal as required by TMI-2 Technical Specification 6.12.c. Enclosed is a copy of Revision 11 of the ODCM to correct that oversight.
The copy of Revision 11 of the ODCM contain; chr. ge bars identifying all of the substantive changes made to the ODCM during 1995. All sutwantive changes identified were implemented on March 24,1995, the effective date of Revision 11 of the ODCM.
