j 10 CFR Parts 150 and 170. The NRC's current regulations do not include j provisions to allow Agreement State licensees to qualify for an NRC general license when operating in areas of exclusive Federal jurisdiction within
! Agreement States. The amendments, if adopted, would provide such provisions.
- The proposed amendments would also clarify the NRC regulatory requirements I applicable to Agreement State licensees operating under reciprocity, the l procedures for filing for reciprocity, and the fee requirements applicable to l f the Agreement State licensees.
