EMERGENCY PLAN (REVISION 10)
HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby submits fifteen (15) sets of Revision 10 to the Hope Creek Generating Station Emergency Plan.
In accordance with 10CFR2.101(a)(4) and 10CFR50.30(c)(1), three (3) signed originals of the required affidavit are enclosed.
This submittal provides revisions to Section 5 of the Hope Creek Generating Station Emergency Plan which address NRC Request for Additional Information - Emergency Action Levels, dated December 19, 1985.
In addition, this submittal provides revision to Attachment 2-1 of the Emergency Plan, Memoranda of Understanding / Letters of Agreement, to show recent correspondence.
Public information brochures for residents of New Jersey and Delaware are also enclosed.
Submittal of revised Attachment 2-1 and brochures provides closure to remaining Hope Creex SER Confirmatory Item No. 36 Sections 13.3.2.1 (Letters of Agreement) and 13.3.2.7 (Public Information Brochure).
