ORGANIZATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES (TAC NO. L30941)

Dear Dr. Kunze:

In accordance with your application dated January 31, 1997, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1373 is hereby amended to authorize organizational and administrative changes.

Accordingly, License Condition 9 is revised to include the date of January 31, 1997.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1373 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.

We noted in your January 31, 1997, letter that you plan to submit the license renewal application to NRC before the end of June. We appreciate your expediting the submittal prior to its October 31, 1997, expiration.
