The Appeal Board's Order of November 20, 1985 calls on each party to advise the Appeal Board of the person who will present oral argument on its behalf.
Applicants request that oral argument on their behalf be presented by two individuals.
Mr. Harry H. Glasspiegel would address the appeal on the hydrogen control contention (Issue No. 8) and the undersigned would address all other issues.
Although it may generally be preferable for oral argument to be presented by a single person, in this case the hydrogen control issue was litigated in a separate evidentiary hearing at which Mr. Glasspiegel represented the Applicants.
