This letter confirms our conversation today.
The day for the Mendez, et al. depocition is correctly stated to be Monday, January 13; not Tuesday as indicated in yesterday's letter.
Mr. Kropp will be made available for.
deposition on Tuesday, January 14, at 10:00 a.m.
The Kropp deposition will be limited in scope to his activities as an I
inspector with respect to the Braidwood CAT inspection report.
The time or date for the Kropp deposition would slip only if the Mendez deposition is not completed on the 13th.
Both depositions will be held at Isham, Lincoln & Beale's Chicago office, large conference room, Sist floor.
