AFFIDAVIT OF VINCENT S. BOYER, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - NUCLEAR, PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY Vincent S.

Boyer, being duly sworn according to law, hereby deposes and states:

By letter dated November 15, 1985, Harry W. Gehman, President, Montgomery

Hospital, confirmed the verbal understandine reached between Montgomery Hospital, located in Norristown, Penn:ylvania, and Philadelphia Electric Company, by which Montgomery Hospital agrees to respond to requests by the Company to provide hospital treatment for victims of radiological accidents, including contaminated individuals from.the Limerick Generating Station.

2.

The letter from Mr. Gehman accurately reflects the Company's understanding, commitments and agreement with Montgomery Hospital with respect to the matters covered therein.
