Dear Ms. Bevill:
This is in response to your letter dated August 5, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), four categories of records pertaining to allegations by Shannon Doyle regarding the Farley nuclear power plant. This confirms the information ca.1veyed during the telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on August 14, 1985.
We have enclosed copies of two F0IA requests (F01A-85-490 and F01A-85-548) submitted by the Government Accountability Project pertaining to allegations regarding the Farley plant. We anticipate responding ~to those requests within the next two months. When we respond to those requests, any records made available to the public will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room (POR), 1717 H Street, NW. Washington, DC 20555. We have also enclosed a copy of a notice that provides charges arid procedures for obtaining records from the PDR. We suggest that you telephone Ms. Kathleen Ruhlman of the PDR staff at 202-634-3273 the latter part of October to order copies nf records disclosed in response to those requests.
