Contract No. NRC-33-84-408 Modification No. Five Page 2 of 2 G.I.4 Contract Ceiling The ceiling amount to the government for performance of the work specified in Section C herein shall not exceed $169,400.00.

Under the terms of this labor / hour type contract, the Contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be accomplished within the above ceiling amount.

i G.I.5 Obligation Amount The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

$169,400.00. This obligation amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written notice to the contractor. The contractor shall, at no time, exceed the obligation amount as specified herein.

When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligation amount, the contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this contract. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's sole risk.

All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged.
