SUBJECT:

TELECON WITH H. LEVINE OF TUEC RESPONSE TEAM ON FEBRUARY 15, 1985 A telecon was held between H. Levine of the TUEC response team and D. Jeng of the Comanche Peak TRT at 2:30 p.m. on February 15, 1985. The following is a summary of the telecon:

1. It was agreed that the details of the five civil / structural TUEC action plans would be presented to the TRT staff during a meeting scheduled on March 6, 1985 at the site. Any TRT concern or additional information request regarding the plans would be discussed subsequent to the TUEC presentation.

2. The TRT Civil /Strisctural staff would also hold a meeting on March 7, 1985 with TUEC staff to discuss allegations raised by CASE during a TRT/ CASE meeting held on November 7, 1984 in Arlington, Texas.

3. D. Jeng indicated that the above mentioned dates are tentative and will be confirmed further via a telephone call set for February 19, 1985. .

4. D. Jeng indicated that a new concern related to the design adequacy of the " Steam Generator Lower Lateral Support" had been raised within the TRT review staff, thus necessitating collection of additional infor-mation. H. Levine was requested to collect and provide TRT with pertinent design information related to the support and plan to present and discuss the issue at the March 7, 1985 meeting at the site.

The telecon was concluded at 2:45 pm.
